To do this, your first step is to wash the catfish as thoroughly as possible.
Next, you should take a clean, sharp knife and cut through the skin around the head.
To remove the skin, you can use pliers or any other thin gripping tool, depending on which one is better for you; and then peel the skin off gradually by pulling it back towards the tail end of the fish.
After this, you can cut off the head completely and wash the meat thoroughly.
