- 1). Go to your device's "Home" menu and press "Menu," "Settings," then "Applications," then "Development." Check the "USB Debugging" option.
- 2). Download the HTC Sync Manager and install it on your computer.
- 3). Connect your HTC Droid Incredible to your computer via the USB cable that came with your device.
- 4). Click "Synchronize Now" in the Sync Manger's interface. The software will automatically transfer the data from your Outlook Contacts to your device.
