Pregnancy Miracle Books: A Hoax or Not?

Couples who are desperately trying to conceive will lunge forward to get any information, on how they can see their dream come true. They wish to leave no stone unturned, and will spend any amount of money on fertility and infertility books.

Most of them talk about one's diet and vitamin intake, which are definitely required for the proper functioning of the reproductive system. Several books in the market talk about proper nutrition requirements to improve fertility. One of the basics is establishing a balance in the entire body, rather than curing some problem in the body. There are different foods and beverages we are to avoid, so as to improve our fertility rates.

But as the making of a baby is a two people's job, men's issues are relevant here too. But unfortunately, they are kept out in most pregnancy guides I've found, focusing almost only in women fertility or what are the best days to get pregnant, ovulation cycles and so.

In Lisa Olson's Pregnancy Miracle, the author does not only tells about that, but deals with solving the internal problems that are hindering natural fertility. The book does not focus only on the woman, but provides holistic healing advice for men, to increase their sperm count as well, thus improving conditions of both the man and woman's reproductive system, which is an important point many books ignore.

The book gives complete information about using diet, vitamins and minerals to increase the chance of getting pregnant, from herbs to fruits and juices to food to detoxification and fasting, and every fruit, seed and herb is thoroughly explained: where it comes from, properties and effects. And again, this is for both women and men, including a special chapter, a 4 step program to solve some common male infertility factors as low sperm count and motility or low testosterone levels.

Every factor has been given a lot of attention and it is developed quite largely, giving you not only advice but specific instructions on what to do, when to do it and what it takes to get pregnant 100% the natural way. And as you can see, it focuses in Chinese medicine, so you will find a guide to Qi Gong exercises, acupuncture, acupressure, even yoga (yup, that's not Chinese, but helps one to get balanced).

It is not a quick guide on how get pregnant fast, but a complete guide to heal your entire body and then naturally conceiving. From its own words, those who tagged Pregnancy Miracle as a hoax or a scam thought that it was a quick 1-2-3 guide on how to conceive: do this, take that and there you go.

Having a baby is not like that. It's a marvelous process in which hurries are not welcomed at all.
