One Better Thought Can Bring You Out of a Downer State
It's your feelings of the present interpretation of the appearance of your life that perpetuate what you experience.
But it is not the source.
Your magical biological machine is interpreting the reality of the life you experience with all your physical senses and it sends signals to the brain which in turn produces chemicals which are sent to the cells of your body and you feel as you then do.
You of course are interpreting life as you must do though the beliefs and assumptions you have concluded were true.
This feeling of course has you in a loop as it causes you to have thoughts which are parallel to those feelings.
Sort of a trap, unless you deliberately choose to feel, 'better feeling thoughts'.
Do you know what emotions are? They are energy, a mass of accumulated energy that is weighty enough to feel in your body.
All your thoughts come from the emotions and feelings you entertain.
Why they are there is too simple and the law of attraction clearly points it out.
What you give attention to expands and becomes real.
Energy precedes everything beginning with your thoughts.
This is really great news because it affords you the possibility of creating heaps of joy and happiness and all the reasons you'd like to assign to it.
If you are sitting in your usual spot in your bedroom or couch, the familiarity of that environment may be too disadvantageous to enable you to reach for a tiny better feeling thought.
A thought of a better feeling nearby location with your eyes closed could get you to a slightly better feeling.
It's all intention and of course that begins with your willingness to deliberately seek a better feeling thought.
Just a slightly better interpretation of the situation at hand or of yourself, whatever is appropriate is all you need.
Simply reach for a bit of relief.
That is all you need to take you from where you are to feelings and emotions that are more conducive to understanding how you create your reality through the emotions you sustain and how you release those structures which inhibit your ability to create joy.
They are many things you can do until you sufficiently realize and develop your ability to create joy.
When you realize that you lay out the energy that gives you the unfolding of the appearance of your life, hopelessness disappears.
Until then improve the surrounding in which you spend time.
Spend time in the places where you feel really good.
When you get to a place where you can see fully and completely that the purpose of life is joy, you naturally proceed in that direction.
And when you can see that there is an infinite supply of joy to be created by you, your life is put back into your control and everything begins to change.
