The Concours d'Elegance of America is a prestigious car show that features classic luxury cars in beyond-mint condition. Each year the organizers establish several car "classes" and open nominations within each. They then extend invitations to display based on their selections. The idea of the Concours d'Elegance dates back to 1920s France. The American version combines the car exhibition with an automotive art show and vintage car auction.

Noteworthy for 2013:

The Concours d'Elegance was hosted by Meadow Book Hall in Rochester for 32 years; but in 2011, the event moved to the Inn at St. John's in Plymouth, where it will continue to be hosted in 2013. The location has 197 acres of manicured grounds, an on-site hotel and event facilities.
