Digging Deep To Battle Depression

Depression digs deep,robbing you of inner joy.
It replaces that joy with hopeless feelings.
These feelings embed themselves deep within, making it difficult to handle the normal duties of living.
Sometimes horrid thoughts accompanied by impressions of death invade the inner depths of the mind.
There the battle begins.
The wrangling between sanity and insanity overtakes every mental aspect of the being.
If this battle were of a materialistic nature,something the hands could touch,you could maneuver around it to gain peace of mind.
The roots of depression plant themselves deep in the chambers of the mind.
It becomes a pestilence comparable to the stubborn weed that no pesticide can uproot.
Hope comes with knowing that nearly all cases of depression can be reversed.
Some things you can do to get rid of depression are: Realize feeling a little bad is really no big deal.
Try to understand that the down feelings are temporary.
They are not going to last forever.
Hanging around the house will make you more depressed.
Get out and do something active.
Enjoy yourself! Search your memory for fun things to do.
Squeeze out a smile now and then,it is good therapy.
Sometimes it is better just to have a good cry.
Get it all out.
