If one person was helped, there are thousands more that would be helped in the same way.
Determine that you are going to solve a problem and when you do, people will Gladly Pay you for that solution. Search the web for all the Free information you can find about your niche, look for Free tools, and above all, Stay focused on that One project. As an example, if you decide to write a book on cake baking, don't buy ebooks about "making money with real estate".
Articles are a good source of free information. Just do a google search on your topic. As an example for cake baking, search "cake baking+articles".
