Prior to beginning the article I want to give you a tip.

The period it takes to have the yeast cure work depends on two things. One of which you are in control of, and one of which you have indirect dominance of. I have placed them below:

-The level of persistence you have in the treatments you purchase - 'direct' control.

-The resistence you display with a fully functioning immune system.

Your persistence will, in turn, lead to a dependable resistance. Keep it easy by concentrating only on persistence - your resistence will come through on it's own.

In this article I will be comprehensively exploring the options you have to cure yeast infection.

Pills and Tablets:

Virtually all medication of this sort can be bought OTC. Mind you,

1.Side-effects are a standard feature.

2.While they relieve your immediate discomforts, yeast infection comes back with a vengeance once you stop taking them.

3.If the illness comes back, it can become immune if you use the same remedies time and again.

Recommended: (short term only)

-Nystatin: This is the most common antifungal tablet and is often used for months at a time.

-Diflucan: If you have an extreme case, consult your doctor about the use of Diflucan. Be mindful, though, that there is a slight chance you will damage your lungs permanently. Finally, they shouldn't be used in the event you are awaiting a newborn or currently breast feeding.

ALERT: Do not use antibiotics when you have yeast infection. Your immune system becomes more susceptible to candidiasis as a result of taking antibiotics.

Suppositories:

Like Pills and tablets, suppositories are rapidly effective and relieve a lot of the irritation. You should also know that this isn't a long term answer to the problem of yeast infection.

Although, the list of side effects are very much minimal compared to the previous treatment.

Recommended: (short term only)

-Yeast Arrest

Capsules:

Capsules are fast acting and garlic capsules are as organic as pharmaceuticals get. Annoyingly, they are more costly when linked to a 100% natural approach.

Suggested Solutions: (short term only)

-A couple of garlic capsules per day - enteric-bound for best results.

-Diflucan: Also available in capsules. Once more, only employ after consent from your doctor.

Ointments and Creams:

Creams and ointments are just one other short term solutions but we are getting to the long-term cure (I promise!). Candidiasis can only be cured permanently by treating the inside of your body. Creams and ointments are used on the skin, which means their benefits are just present, not future.

Best of Category: (short term only)

-Nystatin can be bought as a cream. This is the recommended name to buy in pharmaceuticals.

-Alternatively, you could try a cream called Monistat. Monistat is a good backup to the former product.

Natural Approach: (Recommended)

Ultimately, when you look at the big picture, nothing that mankind have developed will match a naturally aligned lifestyle.

'Natural' is also the way to go for ensuring no awful side effects that modern pharmaceuticals seem to drag along with them.

What's more, by developing new habits in your diet, you'll notice that countless other ares of your life easily become improved - vitality, stamina, enthusiasm... Take it from me, nurture healthy eating and stay out of the pharmacy (and hospital!) Again, man-made remedies are fine to relieve short term pain, but most definitely not long term.

Best Solution: (The long term approach)

Oil from the Tea Tree -- Use a cotton bud to apply the oil onto the area.

Garlic Extracts - Garlic Extracts have been used as a home remedy for eons - they are naturally antifungal and really should be considered a super food for victims of yeast infection. Garlic comes in many shapes and sizes, such as the capsules I mentioned earlier. Make it a staple in your diet, and stick with it after you've cured youself too! This is a win-win - free of side-effects (very rare) and rapid action.

Apple Vinegar (Cedar) -- This treatment recovers the pH levels in your body - leading to better control of yeast levels.

Wear Hanging, Cotton-Only Underwear and Loose Pants/Trousers -- Loose and breathable clothes help to control candida overgrowth. Also, make certain your clothes and body stay as dry as possible. Moisture and darkness seems to be yeast's best friend so keep keep your body light and airy!

Lapacho -- Lapucho tea tussles with yeast effectively with it's antifungal qualities.

Yogurt (Probiotic) -- If you love your yogurt make sure that it contains 'acidophilus' - a type of bacteria. There are 'probiotic' yogurts out there that don't have the strain of bacteria. The candidiasis will be moderated by good bacteria.
