No fear, you can still achieve an insanely muscle gain even if you have a normal or skinny type of body.
All you need to know is how to unlock your muscle growth.
Remember that diet is an important thing for anyone who wants to build their body or muscles yet, many people are doing this wrongly.
What they do is they hit the gym and they think that they will eventually grow bigger and stronger.
But the truth is, without proper diet, proteins and necessary nutrients, those stressed out muscles will not be able to repair themselves, hence will not expand and grown, therefore you will not grow muscles.
You probably heard about protein shake.
I recommend you take them 3 times a day as your daily allowance of protein.
You can take food rich in protein but you may find it hard to cook that often.
Go to the gym at least 3 times a week and make sure that you target your body as a whole concentrating on 2 to 3 muscle groups on each workout.
While you are doing this routine, an important thing you must remember is to increase your load or weight a little every time, in regular intervals.
This is the actual thing that will make your muscle bigger.
The body will adjust it self to take that pressure and stressed that you are giving it and if you will not increase the weight, it will not expand and grow.
So make sure you're gradually lifting more, write it down and then take a little more next time.
