There are so many 6 Pack Ab Workouts on the Internet, but the confusing thing about it is what to actually do to make a solid workout routine that actually brings results.
I want to share with you a workout that you need to avoid and share with you a couple of tips when putting together a routine that will give you the best results.
First of all, you are not going to get 6 pack abs just by doing floor exercises like crunches or sit-ups.
You can do 1000 a day and still not see any muscles on your abs.
Your body gets used to the movements and refuses to build any more muscle.
You need to mix things up so that your body is always guessing and is always alert and changing.
You need to start adding workouts that have you standing, with weights, and even on a stability ball.
Stability balls are great for working all 6 ab muscles with each exercise that you do.
One of the 6 pack ab workouts that you need to avoid is the weighted side bend.
This is where you stand up with a weight to one side, usually a dumbbell, and bend to the side, then stand back up.
These are known to make your waist wider and take away from the lean ripped look that we are after.
I have seen guys that do these and it makes them look like they have love handles when they have their shirt on.
This is not what I want for people to see, and I know that you do not want it.
