2. List specifically what must be done to the property and what you "want" to be done
3. Give the items on your list an approximate estimate for the work to be done
4. Submit the offer with your list
5. After the offer is accepted contact a licensed contractor for an itemized estimate
6. Make sure to give me all the information ~ we'll be working closely as a team
7. An FHA appraisal will be done and it will outlined what absolutely must be done
8. Revise and fine tune what will be done and we'll make a final FHA worksheet
9. One closing and we are done!
10. Schedule and proceed with the work
