Muscle Building Programs - 3 Signs of an Excellent Muscle Meal Plan
You don't have to pay a nutritionist to get a set of muscle meal plans perfectly catered for you.
All you have to do is be aware of 3 things when you're eating to pinpoint what you could be doing better in your daily diet to maximize muscle gain.
1.
How many calories? Everyone has a different calorie intake.
It's affected by your gender, your weights, your fat percentage, your age your activeness and what future plans you have for your body, eg.
fat cutting, progressive weight gain, etc.
How many calories you are taking and should be taking based on your plans can vary greatly so to start off, for a week, measure how many calories you're taking in as accurately as you can.
This can be done by just looking at the jar/bottle/container than you're eating from, as well as looking up on the Internet the approximate calorie content of any natural foods that you're eating.
Write it all down in a log book, including when you ate it and how much you ate.
2.
How much protein, fat and carbohydrates? This is somewhat troublesome, but it's a good habit to cultivate, at least for a week and will give you an idea how your body is responding to what you're putting into it.
Again, just follow the nutritional information on the packaging and the Internet for natural foods.
These three important biochemicals have to be in certain ratios for different plans you might have for your body.
For example, the ratio of protein:fat:carbohydrates if you're cutting fat is different from the ratio if you're building muscle.
3.
Take action! This part is where you analyze your past week's attitude towards food.
It doesn't take a nutritionist to realize that your energy shortages towards the end of the day or your increased hunger at night time can be fixed up by proper eating.
It's a small window into your eating habits which now set you up for further action to your meal plans.
Particularly if you're building muscle, you would be looking to take more protein in the morning, when you're doing exercise and to eat more nuts and other small healthy snacks throughout the day.
It's a progressive change towards your diet that anyone can do.
You don't have to pay someone a couple hundred dollars to fix up something that you can do better yourself.
No matter how much detail you tell someone about how you eat, ultimately you know yourself better than anyone else.
It's simply a matter of taking action.
