These articles are free as long as you give the author credit and don't change any of the content of their writings.
Once you get your site built, you can add AdSense from Google to place ads on your site from other people selling similar products.
Now you are wondering why would you want to advertise someone else? Well, every time someone clicks on one of these ads, you make money! Yahoo and MSN have similar programs, so it will be up to you which one you use.
Once your site is completed, you can manually go in and submit your site to different search engines.
This will eventually get your site listed.
You will also need to add content on a regular basis to keep the search engines coming back to your site to post it.
