Strength training is used by people of all ages to build muscle, to rehabilitate after a serious injury and so on.
The reality is that with all the crazy diets and the so-called weight loss pills out there, none of them will work for you as well as a muscle building workout program will.
Now, before you decide on a program it is important to know what you want out of the program you choose.
