This article should not be taken lightly. Chronic anxiety disorder, just hearing those words usually terrifies most people, it should, this is a serious condition. If you already suffer from this disorder most of your symptoms in the beginning are just physical, I would like to point out the emotional disorders that may follow if you do not get help to control chronic anxiety.

I bet you still remember the episode in full detail, where you were, the surrounding smells, the exact place it occurred? How could you forget, nothing like this has ever happened before.

Surprisingly enough you did survived it, you dealt with it thinking to yourself, do not worry it was a one off i have been stressed this will just go away by its self. This is the wrong way to think, chronic anxiety disorder will not go away by its self.

This is what will happen if you do not treat anxiety attack seriously from the beginning, usually it starts to become a regular part of your day, and this is what you will more then likely have to face.

After you inherit the above conditions you can almost say that chronic anxiety disorder has become your new flat mate, its here to stay, unless you get help immediately to control this disorder.

The brain is where the fear and rationalization take place, when we are scared the brain switches waves from the front to the middle section to alert us that there is fear, this is what causes a panic attack, in order for us to calm down we would have to be able to switch the waves from the middle back to the front, this is very simple, but if you do not know the technique its impossible.
