With a little bit of work and effort you can avoid stretch marks during your pregnancy.
I  know that's right because I avoided stretch marks  yet my sister and mum both got them - my sister really bad.
It's a fact that over 90% of all women will suffer from stretch marks.
The marks can cover your legs, thighs, tummy and breasts.
The welts are also hereditary so if your mum or sister got them, then chances are so will you..

unless that it is you put into practice some of the techniques listed below.
Stretch marks are one of the key causes of depression and anxiety among women today.
Women hate their bodies and this affects their confidence and mood.
The tragedy is that a lot of this suffering can be prevented.
Avoid stretch marks during your pregnancy by following these four top tips:
  1. Watch your diet.
The healthier you eat, the healthier your skin will be.
A diet containing a variety of fruits and vegetables (especially leafy greens) is vital.
You must eat foods with high levels of vitamin C, Vitamin E, silica, and zinc.
These foods will help your skin stretch better during pregnancy and help your skin revert back to normal after giving birth.
  2. Keep your skin hydrated both internally and externally.
Drinks lots of water and keep your skin moisturised.
Dry skin is easily "torn" when the baby gets bigger.
  3. Use a special cream to help improve the skin's elasticity and make it stronger to withstand the tearing caused by birth.
Normal creams are ok, but specialist creams with the vital ingredients your body needs to strengthen it will offer your body much better protection.
  4. Do all of the above on a daily basis as soon as you learn that you are pregnant.
    Do not delay!
