Why Green Pest Control?
The goal of green pest control is to eliminate bugs from your experience rather than trying to eradicate the species.
Typical, traditional pest control options are synthetic chemicals that have been designed to kill.
These chemical poisons have been doctored and altered so that bugs are zapped dead or they can't reproduce.
There is already enough contrast between traditional and green control to indicate which is better, but let's look deeper.
The science behind the two extremes is shocking.
Traditional pest control has roots in World War II as the science is based on nerve gas technology.
These synthetic toxins have been developed to attack the brains or nervous systems of bugs.
These poisons may kill by compromising digestion, reproduction or in the case of immediate kill, zap the ability to breathe.
The collective mentality has shifted to a mindset that the-stronger-the-chemical-the-better which means that pesticides in use today are stronger than those even ten years ago.
Why? Because pests are becoming immune due to a scientific phenomenon known as pesticide resistance.
Whenever a population of pests is exposed to a synthetic pesticide, a certain percentage will live.
They in turn pass that immunity on to their offspring and after a few generations, the entire population is resistant to a specific pesticide.
When using synthetic chemicals, pesticide resistance will always happen.
So let's up the poison level to maintain the same amount of control.
Oh, and as a tiny little adverse effect of synthetic poisons, these chemicals also kill butterflies, honey bees, fish, etc.
and have varying degrees of residual in the environment to keep on killing for many years.
Like decades and centuries later...
And another small issue to consider is that the residual of these chemicals in our environment is directly related to Autism, ADHD, Asthma, Cancer, Alzheimer's and more.
Trying to get rid of irritating pests has snowballed into an environmental disaster.
Which circles back to Green - why is it preferable? Green control uses natural ingredients.
Safe ingredients.
Ingredients that do not harm the environment.
And if that isn't enough, the ultimate argument is that bugs cannot become resistant to green pest control solutions.
Take cedar for example - you never see bugs in a cedar chest or cedar closet, right? Well, that is because cedar is deadly to bugs.
But cedar is harmless to us, animals, the environment, etc.
and bugs cannot become immune.
It is a naturally occurring biological response - sort of like humans cannot live by breathing ammonia; bugs can't tolerate cedar.
It is what it is and it is NOT created by man in a laboratory.
For the sake of your health and all those who follow you, green pest control is the best solution.
Our lives depend on it!
