Often get stressed after work? Don't worry! You do not need to spend a lot of money to reduce stress.
There is always a solution for all problems.
You will get surprised seeing how reducing stress could be so easy! When you get stressed, the first thing appears in your mind might be hanging out with friends, clubbing, shopping, etc.
After going back home, you realize that everything is not becoming better.
You will regret the money you have spent for things you thought useful, but actually not.
Stress often makes you want to fulfill your desire, whether for eating much or shopping.
Doing those things when getting stressed is actually a big mistake, since you could do it unconsciously or without further thinking.
Then, you will be so sad knowing how your diet fails because of the junk foods, or how you spend much money for useless things just because you feel "hungry".
Do you believe that the solution of your stress is the foods you store in your own fridge? They do not cost you much, and this is the most important: they are healthy.

There are some foods that are considered able to reduce stress, including: ORANGE This is one of the most favorite fruits in the world as we all know that oranges are rich of vitamin C.
Vitamin C helps you lower your stress.
It is also beneficial for asthma, tuberculosis, bronchitis, high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, and even for reducing the desire for liquor if you are addicted to alcohol! AVOCADO It contains high potassium which is able to regulate pressure of blood.
Avocado is also a good antioxidant, and often used to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, to prevent prostate and cancer, to lower cholesterol level in the blood, to help people who have sexual problems, etc.
NUTS Some nuts, especially almond, pistachio, and walnut contain vitamin B and e which increase immunity and lower blood pressure.
SWEET POTATO The supplies of carbohydrates and sugar will calm your mind.
But you do not need to worry of getting fat by consuming this since it is rich in dietary fiber.
It induces a feeling of fullness, so it helps control food intake.
APRICOT Apricot is rich in magnesium which functions to reduce stress.
It is also a great diet food because it provides a large amount of beneficial nutrition to the body.
SALMON It contains Omega 3 fatty acids which can lower high blood pressure.
Together with vitamin D and selenium, this Omega 3 helps increase influence of insulin.
They facilitate the absorption of sugar and also consequent lowering of blood sugar level.
