* Make sure you know ALL the up-front costs, including start-up fees and advertising costs.
* Realize that the figures presented to you are BEST CASE. Yes, the high-dollar amounts can happen quickly, but this is the exception rather than the rule. Usually the folks the make these numbers quickly have been doing business on the Internet for years and know lots of tricks.
* Building your Network Marketing business is not an overnight undertaking. Realize that it may take months before you generate any income.
* ASK QUESTIONS! Usually an e-mail address will be presented along with the opportunity. Take the time to ask questions to the person making the offer, and carefully evaluate their response. You want to make sure the answers are clear, concise, and free from hype.
