Blog posting is one of the easiest ways to generate traffic directly to your site and brand you as an expert in the process.
Yet many people get totally frustrated because blogging does not seem to work for them.
Here are three common mistakes that you just might be making and what you can do about them.
No Tags I know, picture the scene you are rushing to get the post done and move on to the next thing.
By mistake you forget to add any tags and those you do will never get you any traffic anyway.
Your blog is your authority area and is the place you want to drive people to so that they get a positive experience of you and your expertise.
The way they do this is through the tags you use.
It is really simple to do.
Think about what your audience might be looking for and build that into the post.
Then use your tags.
That way you will attract in your audience Sticking to the same format...

Trust me that is exactly what I used to do when I first started a few years ago.
Not everyone is like you remember that.
Maybe they like pictures or images.
Mix it up.
Go find a video on You tube relevant to your niche.
Copy and paste it in and then make some comment on the video and the message it is communicating.
Not posting each week Now this is easy done I know.
Blog posting can take time and yet the rewards it brings are untold.
Make sure your blog has new content at least twice a week.
Once you get into the swing of it you could spend a few hours at the start of each month and have all your content done uploaded and ready to go.
Job done.
Being consistent like this will bring you untold benefits.
