Next, what to blog about? Anything that is relevant to your goal, service or product and displays your personality, this helps the reader to get to know you.

Add Keywords to your URL title As a search engine is checking your site one of the first thing is gets is the URL.
If your URL has key words about the topic that you are discussing it helps the search engine to match what the user is looking for.
Sub-titles keywords Sub titles in your text helps with visual prompts which is great for your user.
But it has another benefit it allows the search engine to extract information about your content.
To get the best out of this the use of html title tags are important and the more you are able to use keywords it will help with the ranking of your site.
External links Having external links that come back to your site is a good thing as it creates readership and the more people that talk about you on the internet the more links pointing back to your site, this is very important as all SEO people will tell you.
How do you create these links adding yourself to other conversations through blogs and social media? The point is to add yourself to conversations not spam as this is only a short term fix to traffic.
Call to action Ultimately we what our user to do something, right? After all that is why you have created a site.
So a call to action is needed, this is a short line that encourages the user to do something.
It might be something like 'come and visit us', 'email us if you want to know more', and so on.
The trick is not to be too pushy as this will turn people away.
Content Make sure the content is natural and informative this will encourage users to to want to read anything that is written.
Make sure that your content has keywords like content, call to action or on the information that the you are encouraging the user to read.
Grammar is very important as poor grammar will turn people away in their droves.
Do not make it too long and make sure you break it up with titles as this helps the reader to stop scanning.
