With many resources comes that ability to not have to charge people for their services. So the only thing needed for this is the computer with internet access.

The last method you can do is the do it yourself. In this method there are a few things you need, first like the others you will need the computer with internet access. Then depending the kind of website you are developing you may need Photoshop. Photoshop is a program that allows you to create a web page by making your images, background, text, headers, navigation bars, etc. Photoshop is primarily used to make the websites using HTML.
