A good sample workout would include five sets of twenty push ups, fifteen sets of twenty five sit ups, five sets of ten pull ups and ten sets of fifteen lunges.
This targets every major muscle group and creates the strength, look, and endurance most people are after when they exercise.
In fact if someone were to look at the movie the 300, most people would probably assume that the actors did a lot of weight training.
This is actually not true.
Those actors got such great bodies by weightless conditioning and did not lift a single weight.
If they can get bodies like that without weights, it stands to reason that anyone could get a similar body without ever stepping into the gym or buying an expensive exercise machine.
