People just have to let me know. They go to a restaurant in the greater Phoenix area, and they either loved it or hated it--there's not much in between! I created these pages so that you, the visitors to About.com Phoenix, could have your say. As for the rating, one star is the worst, five stars is the best.
Now, a word of warning--every once in a while I'll get a review from someone who has a specific agenda in mind.
A really bad review might be from a disgruntled employee. A really good review might be from the owner or manager. Unless I specifically mention that I have edited a review for some reason, you see the comments posted here exactly as I received them.

(Peoria) Texas Grosshouse Massacre. I would not reccomend this restaurant to anyone in Peoria. There are many local restaurant that are much better and cheaper. Anytime I've been to this location the food has been grossly undercooked (and we're not talking about the steaks here) and its always "heat lamp" warm. I'm a man who likes my steaks and the steaks here are disgusting. I think they get their meat from the stuff they throw away at filibertos. The waiters there are nice enough but but 1 in 2 our orders get mixed up. The manager is less than sincere to any problems that occur and acts insulted at complaints without any attempt to correct them. I wish I had four hands so I could give this restaurant four thumbs down!
