Our bodies are over 70% water and if we do not get enough water throughout the day our bodies are going to suffer.
To re-hydrate you will need to drink plenty of water and drink it regularly and often daily.
The usual recommended amount of water intake per adult per day would be eight full glasses.
Or an even closer scientific measure would be to drink half of your body's weight in ounces of water and you can also try to take sea salt or a sea salt supplement to help store the water in your body for longer periods of time.
A common medical condition which is caused by dehydration is yeast infections.
Yeast infections occur as imbalances in our bodies.
This imbalance could be caused by dehydration and the fact that our bodies are not omitting the natural bacteria that are good for us and keeps us healthy.
Yeast will grow wherever it can and because it exists in our bodies at all the times it is when our bodies are thrown out of balance that the infections can occur.
The best advice is to simply drink enough water to hydrate your body and then stick to drinking at least the minimum of 8 glasses per day.
Not only will you find that you suffer from yeast infections less but you will also see a marked difference in your skin and general appearance.
You will actually feel better once you are hydrated and will feel this change in your body rather quickly.
Since drinking water is free and is one of the best things for our bodies you should be sure to get the proper amount of it daily and regularly.
