- 1). Create a new document.
- 2). Make a table with two columns.
- 3). Type in your guests' names in the columns, with a few hard returns between each entry.
- 4). Print out the names on the white card stock.
- 5). Cut out the names with scissors in equal rectangles.
- 6). Cut out rectangle from the colored cardstock for each tag slightly larger than the rectangles of white cardstock.
- 7). Glue the white cardstock labels to the colored cardstock backing, centered.
- 8). Punch a hole in each tag with your hole punch.
- 9). Thread a length of raffia or ribbon several inches long through the hole in one of your tags. Tie the raffia or ribbon around two arms of a starfish with a bow. Trim off any unwanted excess with scissors.

Do the same with the rest of the tags and starfish.
