Parking:
There are 15,000 lighted parking spaces. Event parking fees can vary.
Directions:
Northbound: Take I-5 to the Capital City Freeway East towards Reno and take Cal Expo exit. Or take Hwy. 99, which becomes Capital City Freeway and exit Cal Expo.
Southbound: Take I-5 to I-80/Reno exit East to Capital City Freeway exit, then exit Cal Expo.
Eastbound: Take I-80 to Sacramento, exit Capital City Freeway going towards Lake Tahoe, continue through downtown and make turnoff to Reno. Then take Cal Expo exit.
Westbound: Take I-80 to Capital City Freeway exit towards downtown, then take Cal Expo exit. Or take Hwy. 50 take Reno turnoff past Stockton Boulevard and take Cal Expo exit.
Main Venues:
Buildings A&B: Has 27,700 total square feet and can accommodate from 160 to 210 vendor booths. Great for trade and consumer expos.
Building C: A popular spot for conventions. It is a 28,000 square foot venue and can be used in conjunction with Building D.
Building D: A permanent 20,000-square-foot fabric structure that previously housed the California State Fair Gala.
The Pavilion: Is the largest building with 98,000 square feet, with 18-foot ceilings, and eight roll up doors.
Expo Center: Is surrounded by eight buildings for a total of 58,870 square feet of indoor space. The Bridal Showcase is held here.
Other Venues:
The Cove: This is a shaded area with a covered stage perfect for outdoor events. And can accommodate up to 4,100 seated guests.
Rodeo Arena: This outdoor arena seats up to 4,000 spectators for rodeos or monster truck shows.
Lot 26: This area is a paved, fenced area ideal for car or RV shows.
Budweiser Grandstand: This can accommodate up to 22,000 guests and includes a sports bar, clubhouse, television theater and a one-mile dirt track.
