Hello, Menopause is can be a difficult time of life for you.
Most women begin in their forties and end in their mid fifties.
What can you do to make your menopause years wonderful? Imagine what it would be like for you to be somewhere and an attack of the Hot Flash hits you.
You may turn red faced and beads of sweat accumulate on your face.
What do you do? Stop for a second and take a deep breathe.
(Inhale, hold and then exhale slowly) Quickly think of a place where it is cool.
For example: Picture yourself on a beach in the Bahamas, drinking a glass of cool water.
Mmmm...
refreshing.
So tip#1 is take a deep breathe and imagine a nice relaxing, cool place.
See yourself there.
Feel the wind, and feel the cool water as you drink it.
Now, what if everyday when you awake each day.
You would take a couple of minutes to picture your day.
What would you be doing? Where would you go? See each part of your day and imagine it clearly.
See it positively, no negative stuff or thoughts.
See yourself peaceful and calm.
Tip # 2--Begin your day by seeing yourself peaceful and calm all day long.
Remember that your body is changing too.
You are leaving the childbearing years and for some this is very stressful.
Even if you do not want anymore children.
There is so much information or the internet that sometimes you do not know what to do.
