This was our first cruise! We were celebrating our 35th Wedding Anniversary. It was everything we could ever have imagined. It went too fast, because we tried to do everything. Didn't notice any problems with loud children. We saw them getting pictures taken with the characters as we went to supper or on the elevator.
They looked so cute all dressed up.
We didn't do any excursions. We shopped at the Bahamas and saw Paradise Island and the Atlantis Hotel. Then, at Castaway Cay it was fun watching us port from our veranda. Our private beach was fantastic! Next year they will go for 2 days there. We're still waiting for our relatives to get their mail from there though.
The rooms were spacious, one with a sink & toilet & one with a sink & shower. Very clean! The shows are very good! Read your daily planners well!Met nice people and loved our waiters. We tried some new foods, were waiting for lobster and crab legs, never saw them. But, overall the food was great! I read reviews and they helped me. When you get on, don't go to the Blanket Buffet. They will try to direct there, a no no! Go to Parrot Cay Buffet, it's wonderful! This is our favorite restaurant! The Triton's was nice for breakfast. We knew so much about Animator's Palate that we didn't think it was that great, no surprise probably. Because, if you didn't know what was going to happen, I'm sure it was fantastic!
We like the theme night for supper, a nice surprise! The bars were neat, Cadillac lounge & Promenade lounge. The ship was so fantastic! For adults it's so private, even your own pool and bar. We want to go again now, just to relax and see more of the Bahamas and 2 days at Castaway Cay. Highly recommend! But we didn't go with children and having to meet their needs. This review is from two adults' point of view. Even the passports on and off went smooth. It was like a dream & Disney makes dreams come true!
