The majority of us probably think that aging healthy is something you begin addressing as you're approaching retirement age and start to feel the results of age.  We'll continuously maintain that it is never too late to start a healthy lifestyle, although there is a smarter way if you could turn back the clock.  The aging process essentially begins the day you were born, and the sooner you begin observing that healthy lifestyle and forming good habits the better your healthy aging course is going to be.
