- 1). Create ten loops of tulle around your arm from the palm of your hand to your elbow. Hold the end of the tulle in your hand and wrap the tulle around your elbow and over the palm of your hand ten times. End the loops in your hand.
- 2). Cut the end of the tulle with a pair of scissors. Remove the loops from your arm holding them in their midpoint with your free hand.
- 3). Wrap floral wiring four to five times around the midpoint of the loops.
- 4). Fluff the sides of the tulle loops on both sides of the floral wiring so that they are spread and full in appearance.
- 5). Measure and cut tulle into three feet lengths with a pair of scissors.
- 6). Tie the three foot piece of tulle around the midpoint of the tulle loops over the floral wiring. Create the knot on the back side of the loops. The two ends of the tulle hang down from the loops at an equal length with one another.
- 7). Attach the tulle bow to the side of each chair along the aisle with floral wire. Wrap the floral wire several times around the bow and each chair.
- 8). Repeat the entire process for each chair along the aisle that needs decoration.
