2 Lifts to Get You a Ripped Hard Body For Summer!
Before I continue just keep in mind that fitness does not have an "offseason" and that it is best to work to stay in shape all year long.
However, if you plan on starting now then you have got to check out the following 2 killer lifts I have included below to help you torch the body fat! Lifts To Get You Ripped! 1.
Kettlebell Snatches: By now you may have heard of or may even be very familiar with the ancient kettlebell.
This particular strength and conditioning device is awesome for helping you to forge a rock hard body any time of the year! The snatch lift is a great lift to execute with the kettlebell in order to help you to get there.
So what is the snatch lift? Well, the snatch is an Olympic style lift for you to perform with the kettlebell that essentially involves you pulling the bell from either the ground or from between your legs to a held position locked out above your head.
This lift is for slightly more advanced kettlebell enthusiast, but it is very obtainable and practical to learn.
This single lift is tremendous for strengthening your hips, glutes, abs, shoulders, back, hamstrings, and quads all from one movement.
There is no better way for you to build muscle fast and to get a ripped body in a hurry than with this lift.
2.
Dead Lifts: The dead lift is a very effective weight lifting movement that can be performed in several different ways.
One of the things that makes this lift so great is that it has so many variations.
However, for the sake of this article I am talking about the traditional barbell dead lift.
This particular exercise is performed by you loading a barbell up with weights, standing in front of it, and squatting down to pick it up.
Now to do this properly you must first understand how to properly execute a squat.
You will want to also stand with your feet at about shoulder width length and grab the barbell just outside of the grip of your hands on the bar.
When you stand or ascend out of the lowered position to pick up the bar you will want to make sure to keep your abs tight, shoulders retracted, butt back (like sitting in a chair) and your spine in a straight line.
This will ensure that your back is protected and that you will maximize your lifting power with your hips and not your lower back! If you haven't included these 2 tremendous hard hitting workouts to get you a ripped hard body then you are missing out my friend.
