How to Visit the Red Carpet in Hollywood

1). Get a celebrity to notice you in a crowd of a thousand screaming fans. Look your best and dress for the occasion. An attractive, pleasant person with a big smile is much more appealing to a celebrity on the red carpet than a yelling maniac.
2). Pick up an issue of the Hollywood Reporter, or read the Internet Movie Database to find out which movies have premiers on which days. Both will also list the theater at which the red carpet event will be held.
3). Thousands of people crowd these events. Security has the area roped off from car traffic at least five hours before premiers begin. Arrive at the theater early, walk to the red carpet, and get to the front of the line if you want a picture or an autograph.
