How to Get a Great Beach Body
Getting a great beach body is all about burning fat and building muscle.
Unfortunately most workouts don't do enough of that to make a difference.
That's because even if you run a few miles you are only burning a few hundred calories so you've got about 3,000 calories left to burn a single pound of fat.
We're going to change all that right now! To really exert the kind of effort you need to turn your body into a fat burning furnace you need to start doing high intensity interval training with a kettlebell.
This will cause you to exert so much force that your body will actually go into a state of metabolic shock and you will be burning calories at a higher rate long after the workout is over.
While you are working out you will burn as many as 20 calories a minute and you can lose as much as 1% of body fat a week! Here are some sample workout routines.
Day 1: Military press, clean and press, pull ups, dips, pushups, renegade rows, bent over single legged rows.
Day 2: halos, figure 8s, single handed swings, extended single legged dead lifts, step ups.
Day 3: high pulls, swing snatch, single legged bento over rows, chin ups, dips, pushups.
Day 2: halos, figure 8s, single handed swings, extended single legged dead lifts, squats.
If you really want to turn it up another notch fill a backpack full of sand and wear it while you're working out!
