There are people who think that success is just an accident and a product of luck. And people who often say this are those who seem to find luck slipping at their hands. As Confucius has said, "Success depends upon previous preparation, and without such preparation there is sure to be failure." Thus, this simply shows that success is not merely an accident because it doesn't just randomly happen. Instead, it is something that you make happen.

Have you ever realized that almost all successful people share the same characteristics? Well, I did. If you keep an eye to any successful person you know, no matter what their endeavor or field is, then you too can conclude that their qualities or characteristics are very much alike to each other. Upon knowing this principle, you can now adapt their traits and be successful as well. This gives importance to attending a Service Advisor Training Program to be aware of the different success stories and strategies that successful people do in the field of dealership or automotive for example.

Here are lists of characteristics that can make an individual successful:

a)Desire. As Napoleon Hill wrote, "Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve." Desire marks the beginning of your goal, and if you work hard to reach your goal, Success can be attained.
b) Commitment. Your commitment to a certain thing will determine how much your desire is. Once you are committed, you give effort and time in order to achieve the objectives.
c)Responsibility. Nobody is perfect. Thus, this means that anybody can commit a mistake. You may not be able to do it right at first, but with your responsibility and perseverance, you can correct the mistake and be able to change the strategies by learning and seeking help from the right people.
d)Hard Work. Theories will have no value unless implemented. The knowledge you have gained and acquired needs to be put into action since you will not succeed if you don't give effort to whatever you do.
e)Character. Your achievements in life are determined by your character. It is reflected by the way you act or respond regardless of any circumstances. Also, character influences everyone you come into contact with at home, work or in the community.
f)Positive Believing. The Law of Attraction simply says that you attract into your life whatever you think about. So if you think of positive things and you believe that they will happen, you are pulling pleasant things towards you. But again, this should be accompanied by hard work because if you don't do anything or you don't take advantage of it, nothing happens.
g)The power of persistence. As often said by leaders or speakers in most service advisor training sessions, there are things that seem to be just so hard on us. Most of the people who are experiencing hardships, would just hold back and quit but others who are very willing to succeed, continues. Giving up easily shouldn't be the case, because if one thing doesn't work for you, you can always find an alternative. Always be patient.
h)Don't hesitate to look for a mentor. It is very important to keep in mind that there is still much to learn. Be very patient in learning and discovering things from mentors you truly trust.

Giving all of these must have characteristics shows that success is rarely an accident.
