Lighthouse Clues
- Jack is questioning his appendectomy.
- Not sure this is a clue, but while Jacob was really close to the water in the spring, even leaning over to be above it, no part of his body was touching the water.
- The ash doesn't seem to keep Jacob (at least dead Jacob) out of the Temple.
- Jack mentions the Red Sox to his son, which was the team that he and his father talked about, "That's why the Red Sox will never win the World Series."
- Claire is acting very much like Rousseau, obsessed with getting her baby back from the Others.
- Chopin's music that was on David's desk was the same music that young Daniel was playing on the piano. (Ep: 5x14, The Variable)
- Claire had been tested at the Temple the same way Sayid had.
- The degrees on the lighthouse wheel are assigned the same names we saw in the cave.
- (Kate) Austen is number 51 and it's not crossed out.
- Jack briefly sees the Paik estate in the mirrors as Hurley turns the wheel past number 42.
- Next he sees the church where Jacob had visited Sawyer when Sawyer was a kid.
Questions Raised by Lighthouse
- Who is coming to the island and does Hurley really need to help them find it or was that all a ruse to get Jack to see his name and old house at the lighthouse?
- How did Christian die? In the flash-sideways, Margo doesn't seem to be mad at Jack for ruining his father's career, so something else must have happened that led Christian to die in Australia.
- The bunny that hides the key is like the bunny that hid the key when Miles found the dead guy at the apartments when he was a kid (Ep: 5x13, Some Like it Hoth). It's also a reference to Alice in Wonderland.
- How did the lighthouse mirrors work? Could Jacob only see the buildings, or could he see the people inside?
- What is it that Jack has to do that he has to figure out and Jacob can't tell him?
- Who is going to the Temple and will everyone there die?
