- 1). Turn off both your computer and Treo cell phone. Insert the small end of the USB cable into the cell phone, and insert the larger end into the computer's USB port.
- 2). Turn on both your computer and Treo cell phone. Insert the Windows sync software into the computer's disk drive. Wait for the software to load on your desktop.
- 3). Search for the profile on the Windows sync manager. Press "Browse" and your computer's hard drive appears. Select the profile and click "Synchronize."
- 4). Select "Complete Synchronization" when satisfied. Wait for the synchronization process to complete. Disconnect your USB cable from your phone and computer. Access your profile under "Media."
