- 1). Add 60 percent paraffin, 20 percent microcrystalline, 10 percent petroleum jelly and 10 percent vistenex to a large pot.
- 2). Warm the pot to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Stir the ingredients until the entire mixture is melted.
- 3). Add a few drops of food coloring or scent if desired.
- 4). Carefully pour the wax into the paper cups. Allow the wax to cool completely. This can take between one to two days.Once the wax has cooled, tear open the paper cups to release the surf wax. Use as needed.
