Numerous Cleveland Irish restaurants offer traditional dishes such as shepherd's pie, boxty cakes and fish and chips for lunch and dinner in casual dining atmospheres. - The Harp Irish pub and restaurant, in Cleveland's Ohio City section, offers traditional Irish fare served in a casual, wood and brick accented dining room. Lunch and dinner menu offerings include house-made chips and dip, shepherd's pie, and boxty cakes, or traditional Irish potato pancakes cooked with your choice of steak, chicken, salmon, vegetables or corned beef. Additional menu items include 1/2 pound hamburgers, beer-battered cod sandwiches, pan-seared salmon topped with pistachio pesto, Prince Edward Island mussels, and grilled pork medallions, as of August 2010. The Harp also serves Sunday brunch menu items such as Belgian waffles, chorizo and egg burritos, Waldorf chicken salads and house-made quiches of the day.

As of August 2010, dinner menu items include Irish stew with beef and lamb, chicken cottage pie, corned beef and cabbage and shepherd's pie. The restaurant also offers entrees such as grilled lemon chicken, sautéed grouper, chicken fettuccini and grilled meatloaf. The pub's late night menu, available from 9 p.m. to midnight, includes southwestern-style egg rolls, Guinness-dipped onion rings, fish and chips, bacon cheeseburgers and cheese steak sandwiches.
