How to Make Camping Coffee Equipment
- 1). Measure the water. The amount of water needed to make coffee on a camping trip depends on how many cups of coffee you want to make. For four cups of coffee, add four cups of water to a saucepan.
- 2). Add the coffee. Use two tablespoons of the coffee grounds for each cup of water. Add less coffee grounds for weaker coffee; add more for stronger coffee.
- 3). Boil the coffee. Bring the water to a boil and turn off the heat. Let the coffee steep for at least five minutes.
- 4). Filter the coffee. Place a coffee filter inside a coffee cup. Use a paper towel if you don't have any coffee filters.
- 5). Strain. Slowly pour the coffee into a cup, allowing time for the coffee to seep through the filter. Remove the filter and repeat for each cup of coffee.
- 6). Finish to taste. Add the sugar or creamer to taste.
