    • 1). Place your camera on a table so that the lens faces upwards.

    • 3). Place the Rokkor lens over the camera. Screw it into place by turning it clockwise.

    • 4). Turn the camera on by holding the power button.

    • 5). Look through the viewfinder or look at the digital view on the back of the camera.

    • 6). Point your camera at the item or person you wish to photograph. The Rokko lens should be at least 20 inches away from the subject for the proper focus. The item should be properly lit.

    • 7). Set the shutter speed, if possible. To find the perfect shutter speed, use a light meter. Hold the light meter over the subject and point it so that it faces your camera. The light meter should display a recommended shutter speed. Turn the lens so that it aligns with the appropriate shutter speed.

    • 8). Attach your camera to a tripod, if desired. A tripod keeps the camera steady so that your images do not blur. Typically, the Rokkor lens produces a sharp image so a tripod may not be necessary.

    • 9). Tap the shutter release to take a picture.
