Being a stick has it's downs...
the ladies are never impressed, and you look in the mirror and feel like crap, because your physicality just stinks! But, all of that is about to change, and I could care less how much of a stick man you really are, because these next tricks will guarantee some sick muscle growth fast! You see, as long as you know what to do, it's very easy to gain muscle mass, with little effort, and that is what I am about to show you! Here is how to get ripped muscles fast..
..
The trick everyone misses - This trick will shock and surprise you, because it's something almost everyone misses! The very first thing you need to understand about muscle growth is rest! Yes, that simple four letter word can do wonders for your body! You can workout just a little bit, or 7 days a week hardcore, but even if you did the hardcore workout, but did not rest, you would never see the muscle growth you want.
That is why it's very critical for you to rest.
Muscle growth actually occurs when you are resting, and if you never allow your body to rest, it will frantically work to repair DAMAGED muscles, and the result will be little to know muscle gain whatsoever.
Repetitions - Some people lift more than they should, others don't stretch before, and some people are even stupid enough to rush their workouts! Sure, in the movies you always see people lifting the dumbbells really fast, just to showoff; but let's be real here...
if you really want muscle mass you must COMPLETELY avoid doing that whatsoever.
Proper "reps" are done with consistent breaths (inhaling, exhaling accordingly to provide proper blood flow and oxygen), and are evenly spaced.
Repetition speeds should not ever be rushed, as it only places additional strain on certain parts, because your balance will be thrown off.
Obviously then, it's a no brainier that if you rush as well, that you can cause damage to your muscles that can sometimes be permanent, which means you should always ensure that your repetitions are correct, so that you don't end up with an even worse problem than your stick body.
Water - Everyone attributes muscle gain to eating a lot of proteins and having the proper vitamin intake; but they are heavily mistaken as well.
If you were to look at any bodybuilder or professional athlete, what is the one thing you always notice them sporting? WATER! Yes, it's that simple! Your body needs hydration after working out, and not only this but proper hydration helps your body to appear nicer as well.
Veins will open up more, increasing the blood flow, when you consistently drink water and hydrate yourself, and it will fill out your body better.
In the end, if you keep your body from proper hydration, you will never see the results you want, so take the critical step and always ensure that you are properly hydrated.
