Did you know that you can develop a superior level of fitness so that you can dominate your athletic competition, build tremendous muscle mass, and achieve cardiovascular conditioning that is second to nothing! If you want to know what to do to get this level of fitness then you can start by implementing the following 2 kettlebell drills.
1.
Dual Kettlebell Swings: For this drill all you will need is a set of moderately heavy kettlebells of equal weight.
Set the bells between your feet.
Make sure your stance is slightly wider than shoulder width distance apart.
Next you will want to perform the hip snap motion by initiating a fluent and consistent movement of hip and knee flexion and extension.
As you do this you will generate the necessary force in order to swing the bells from between your legs up to your chest level.
Perform a series of about 10 swings with the bells to start.
You will quickly learn why your strength and conditioning program will start to make some fast progress after you experience this drill.
2.
Dual Kettlebell Front Squats: For this drill you will simply set the bells between your feet just as you did with the first drill mentioned.
Clean the bells to your chest.
As you maintain the load of the bells on the front of your body perform a full range squat.
As you descend in your squat make sure that you attempt to go deep enough in order to touch your elbows to the insides of your knees.
This is how you will ensure that you executed a full range of motion.
Once again, this is a great drill for helping you to boost your production of lean muscle mass and can in turn also help fuel improvement in your overall athletic performance.
To achieve the level of optimal fitness that I was talking about you have got to start by including kettlebell training into your personal strength program.
