Born To Be Well
In our work, we advocate that there is nothing to "Cure"; there is simply "Restoration".
Great healers like Hippocrates, Ann Wigmore, & Max Gerson advocate something in common - that true healing means bringing back the body to its natural condition.
Interestingly, when we examine what the Vedic texts (ancient bodies of knowledge passed down from ancient Rishis) have to say about this, it all seems to gel.
The first Chakra, the Mooladara Chakra, otherwise known as the Root Chakra, is located at the bottom of our spine.
This Chakra creates the Apara (Impure) Physical Body for a being, and is concerned with physical formations, our features, quality of tissues, structure of bones etc.
The element associated with this Chakra is the Earth element.
This Impure Physical Being is subjected to Time; it comes & goes.
When the time comes, a person dies and the body disintegrates.
Now, in most of us people, this Chakra is polluted with improper diets, poor lifestyles, lack of exercise, lack of rest, bad habits like smoking/drinking/drugs and so on.
When the Chakra is polluted, the formation of the physical body is far from beautiful.
Imagine a person who is sick & unwell, it shows on the skin, the hair and other physical features.
This Mooladara Chakra is directly connected to the 7th Chakra - which is the Sahasara Chakra, otherwise known as the Crown Chakra.
This is explained in the Vedic as the Para (Pure) Chakra that creates a Pure Physical being.
The Pure Physical Body is not subjected to Time; it is endless and beginning-less, it has always been there.
Even more interesting is that the texts taught how Mooladara can be purified with Yoga & Yogic Diets.
As we practice Yoga, Pranayama & Mantra, the pockets of pollution around Mooladara Chakra are cleaned out, and latent Kundalini energy travel upwards, activate Sahasara Chakra (to which it is directly connected to).
When Sahasara is strong and spinning, Pure Physical Body is created.
From observing how hundreds of people we met have re-shaped and re-created their physiques with Living Foods & Yoga, we can see the logic here.
Put any person on Yoga, Living Foods, consistently for a time, and the person tranforms on all Body, Mind & Spiritual Levels.
The body becomes beautiful, strong & supple; the mind becomes clear and focused, the spirit is liberated.
The first obvious thing to happen is the physical body transforms, it could be more black hair growing, skin becoming more radiant, strength increases and more.
The other noteworthy point is that all Living Foods are strong in the Earth element.
They are grown from Earth, wholesome, and by eating them natural as they are, we preserve the Earth element.
Any processing, treatments or over cooking destroys and takes away the Earth element.
So this all points to? Since Sahasara Chakra is present in everybody; if only we take action to consume the right foods, undertake Yoga, we move towards creating a Pure Physical Body.
Innately we all have healing capabilities; our bodies are created to be strong healthy machines.
Once a person takes up the correct action, we can restore the body back to its natural state, which is meant to be well.
