Skinny to Muscle Man - "How Bad Do You Want It?"

"How bad do you want it!" The trainer was yelling at me, spittle flying from his mouth as he looked more read faced than me despite the fact I was the one lifting the weights.
I wanted to go from skinny to muscle but being abused and yelled at while being covered in spittle in a dingy gym was not really what I imagined.
While this guy might have been questioning my commitment to the process I sure as heck was questioning everything he was teaching me because it WAS NOT WORKING! Once I left the gym that was it, no more advice or simplistic advice that was often based on hearsay and again did not give results.
I stopped going there and hiring that guy a week later after I discovered some real truths about going from skinny to muscle man online that was based on a real understanding of how the body works and a real understanding of how a skinny guys genetics can make this process harder.
It was liberating! Knowing exactly how to build solid muscle mass from the gym to the kitchen to the bed meant I was not a slave to an ideology, to slogans or to philosophies.
I was my own master and from there I started noticing change.
First I saw my pigeon chest start to fill out and then everything was growing and becoming bigger and stronger.
It almost seemed too simple once I had the meal plans and understood that what I was eating was half of the challenge.
Making the gym sessions more efficient and getting the right amount of rest was also vital and all this skinny to muscle growth came from using my brain and eyes to find the truth rather than blindly following some musclehead's demands.
How bad did I want it? Bad enough to find the truth about body building for myself that how bad I wanted it ...
and now I got it.
