2 Known Tips to Get Toned Abs
So let's cut the hype and get straight to the point.
The first exercise is called the Ab blasting crunch.
Let's just say that you know what normal crunches are.
What you have to do is lie in the crunch position with your hands over your ears and with your knees bent.
Now that you are in that position crunch yourself up a couple of inches and hold yourself there for at least 10 seconds.
Once you have held there for the time, slowly release it keeping your abs tensed as possible.
Now that you are back to the starting position repeat the steps.
You can choose to do these in sets, but I prefer you to do as many as you can till you cannot anymore, then give yourself a 1 minute break and start again.
This you will achieve better results.
Hanging leg raises is the next exercise you can perform to get toned abs.
Find a chin up bar and hang from it.
Make sure your hands are apart the same width as your shoulders, and keep your arms fully extended out.
Then in that position raise your legs by using the strength of your abs.
Raise your legs so that they are in the same position as your waist, then hold there for a couple of seconds.
Then slowly raise your legs down keeping your abs tensed as possible.
Repeat the steps by doing 10 reps and giving yourself 30 second break, then straight back in to it.
By doing these two exercises to get toned abs you should see a difference in shape and strength in a couple of weeks.
The key is to have persistence and not slack off, that way you have good looking abs all year round.
