Being called a skinny toothpick is not fun at all.
If you ask anyone who is thin, they'll tell you that being called skinny is just as bad to them is being called fat would be to someone who is overweight.
People who are skinny have struggled to gain weight for their entire lives.
Honestly, I get very tired of hearing people tell them that they should be lucky their metabolism is that fast.
But believe me, as someone who has been skinny their whole life, is nothing to feel lucky about.
Most naturally thin people would much rather be overweight because they know that they would do some exercise they would be able to lose it.
The problem comes in when no matter what you try to do to build muscle or gain weight, it just doesn't seem to happen.
People with a high metabolism will tell you that they can eat McDonald's every day for a month and never gain a pound.
It really is frustrating.
No matter how many muscle magazines you read or how many different diet programs you try, for those people who are naturally thin, you're going to have to add a little something extra to your routine.
Following a proven workout program does have some good benefits.
Of course the benefits are even greater when you also follow a good nutritional plan.
But even when you do both of these, many people who are naturally thin just don't see the results.
After all, results that we are after.
In order to seriously pack on the pounds you're going to have to include some sort of supplement into your diet.
Many times you'll see people say that supplements are not necessary to gain weight.
They will tell you if you just follow a program and a proper diet you won't have any problem putting on the pounds.
Well, ask anyone who is naturally skinny if this actually works for them without supplements and they will tell you no.
Supplements have gotten somewhat of a bad name in recent years when it comes to gaining weight.
Make no mistake about it, I am definitely not talking about taking anabolic steroids.
Steroids are definitely harmful to your body and can cause many life long issues.
I am merely speaking of adding a supplement to your daily diet that will greatly increase the amount of weight they gain and you won't have to do anything extra to make it happen.
If you're tired of being called bird chested, it's time you did something that actually works.
