Headed by an Emmy-nominated design team, Total Fabrication has provided costume services for commercials, motion pictures, television, theater, theme parks, and trade shows for over 25 years.
The shop designs and creates everything from characters and creatures, to specialty costumes, Sci-Fi and Fantasy armor, mascots and walkarounds, puppets and props, makeup (FX), and more.
The shop’s artists and technicians provide services including patterning and sewing, sculpting, mold-making, casting, and painting, as well as foam fabrication, a technique that produces lightweight, flexible, durable pieces. The shop recently opened a brand-new 5,000 square foot studio, with all work made-to-order for their clients.
Total Fabrication’s services include the creation of a private web page for posting design sketches, photos, and even videos to show project progress, along with phone and e-mail contact, allowing clients to sign off on jobs even before delivery. Costs are by quote, with all work made-to-order with the differing stage, film or television, or theme park needs in mind.
