How to Remove Hair Spray From a Hair Brush
- 1). Remove all hair from the hairbrush.
- 2). Plug the sink and fill it with hot water. Add a few squeezes of shampoo to the water.
- 3). Dip the hairbrush into the water in the sink and move it around in a stirring motion. Do this for about 5 minutes.
- 4). Leave the hairbrush in the water for as long as you can, preferably a day. Every few hours, move the hairbrush around a bit to loosen things up. Soaking your hairbrush will allow the hairspray to melt away.
- 5). Rinse the hairbrush with cold water, and dry with a clean towel.
