Picking a workout routine that will work for your body type is paramount.
This is a mistake that causes many people to not see the weight gains they expected.

Hardgainers are different than everyone else because their muscles recover at a slower pace after a workout.
This means they need more time to recover in between lifts.

They are only weakening the muscles and making their body more susceptible to injury and illness.
In addition to finding a workout program that fits their body type, you must eat right.

This will help trigger muscle growth.
Sleeping is an often overlooked aspect of improving your body.
Getting 7 to 8 hours will go a long way in helping you gain weight and muscle mass.
